What is Echo the Journey

Echo the Journey is a personal philosphy and living practice that I feel resonates in all of us. Sometimes it’s not enough to speak about attaining the victory of the summit but to echo the journey in its entirety, so that others may share in your experiences. The path isn’t always level, but sometimes the day is clear and the ocean calm. The journey is mapped and chartered by our experiences bad and good. We echo our journey so that we may share in the mindful knowledge to be our better selves.

In my journey, I found my better self through my passion for the outdoors and that is what I’ll echo.

Why Echo the Journey

We all lead busy and stressful lives and its easy to fall into a routine and feel trapped in our concrete jungle. This retreat offers the opportunity to reset, disconnect from our day to day and reconnect with nature, fresh air and our fellow humans in a different setting. It’s astonishing what being in nature, away from the distractions of our lives and devices can reveal about ourselves and what we can learn from and about the people around us.
